Ordered over an hour before closing time, order was confirmed, was told for 50 minutes that driver was on way and would be a few minutes to then ring to find out the phones have been turned off and haven’t received any refund at all

Didn’t have what I ordered so sent different items, which were clearly not cooked right because I have food poisoning - had to take the day at least off work because constantly throwing up and passing Called up for a possible refund, got told that it won’t happen and they don’t care ????????
